The Executive Secretary, #NCDMB, Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote (FNSE) and some top management staff, today at the Board’s Headquarters in Swali, Yenagoa, received the Nigerian Council of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) led by its Chairman, Prof. Olalekan Olafuyi.
The purpose of the courtesy visit was to intimate the Board with the activities of SPE Nigeria Council, Partnerships on Local Content R&D and to solicit the support of the Board.
The Executive Secretary, NCDMB, Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote (FNSE) in his remarks thanked the Nigerian Council for the courtesy visit and noted that the Board is open to partnerships and collaborations, hence the Board will always associate with SPE Nigeria Council.
He also encouraged the leadership to keep the SPE Flag flying and He charged them to be in the forefront in the discuss of a gradual Energy Transition process.
