The death has been announced in Okaka Community in Yenagoa Local Government Area of Mrs Ikanimiworo Magdalene Ezekiel, nee Yeritubor at the age of 110.
A statement issued by Mr. Cyril Yeritubor on behalf of the Yeritubor and Okimo families of Amarata, Melu family of Fanghe-Okaka and Ezekiel family of Yeniada, all of Yenagoa Local Government Area states that Mrs Ezekiel will be laid to rest on Friday this week, at Okaka.
According to Mr. Yeritubor, there will be service of songs on Wednesday August 24 at Okaka Primary School field by 5pm. The Funeral Service to be conducted by the Assemblies of God Church, Okaka also holds at the Okaka Primary School Field, Okaka at on Friday at 10am prompt.
Interment follows thereafter by 2pm while the traditional wake begins at 2:30pm.
Mrs Ezekiel is survived by her son, Reverend Tidyness Melu, Fifteen grandchildren, including Mr. Tavie Melu and Mrs Rita Fabor, 26 greatgrandchildren and a host of relations.
