As the race to the 2023 general elections gather steam, the Delta state Action Democratic Party (ADP) governorshi candidate , Prince Emmanuel Ogba says he is in the race to better the lives of Deltans if given the mandate.
He spoke exclusively to Niger Delta Herald in Port Harcourt on his way to Abuja for the inauguration of the Party’s Presidential Campaign Council.
Prince Ogba also hinted that he would focus on agriculture, education and improvement of the Internally generated revenue of the state.
He decries the marginalisation of the Isoko people by other majority tribes in the state adding that the Isokos had not been given chance to occupy the Osadebe house in Asaba.
Prince Ogba further said that the action of the majority tribes amounts to grave injustice and promise to correct such injustice if given the mandate.
The ADP governorship candidate urge the people to pick up their PVCs, noting that the PVCs is their right to effect the needed change.
According to him the ADP is the party that would salvage the country and urge Deltans to vote wisely for them to reap the dividends of democracy.
The Isoko born politician revealed that he would reintroduce bursary payments to students of Delta State origin, adding that he was a beneficiary of bursary in the past while he was a student.
“I benefited from bursary while I was in school I wonder why bursary is no longer being paid.”
