Agbere community Chief, Timpake-Engbi Ebideri Joshua postpones mother’s burial over flooding

The burial date of late Mama Brakurobo Doufi Engbi, mother of Chief Timpake-Engbi Ebideri Joshua of Agbere community in Sagbama local government area of Bayelsa state, earlier slated for 4th and 5th of November, 2022, has been shifted due to the flooding of the community.

A statement signed by Chief Timpake-Engbi Ebideri Joshua on behalf of the Children said “we wish to inform all family members, friends and well wishers that the burial date of Mama Brakurobo Doufi schedule for 4th and 5th of November, 2022 in Agbere Town can not hold due to the ravaging flood in the state.”

The statement which was made available to Niger Delta Herald in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa state capital, noted that the burial ceremony has been rescheduled for Friday 25th and Saturday 26th of November, 2022.

“Any inconveniences are regretted.
Thank you and remain Blessed,” the statement added.
