Akwa Ibom Governor Pastor Umo Eno has tremendously commended Niger Delta Development Commission for their ideology to establish Niger Delta Chamber of Commerce, Industry, trades, mines and Agriculture.
In a statement recently, the director of Corporate Affairs, Seledi Thompson Wakama, noted that the governor represented by commissioner for trade and investment Dr John Etim thanks the NDCCITMA sensitization workshop in Uyo, the Governor said their ideology towards the chamber of commerce is a welcome development and seriously connected with the Government policy of gingering investment and entrepreneurship as critical assist economic development.
He said their collaborating with them would provide, promote investment for their benefit of Niger Delta people without compromise, with it would assist beyond the oil era was a pathway to sustainable development in Niger Delta region.
The state boss said we are seriously blessed with natural resources and especially agriculture while the state would not disappoint over the collaboration.
The NDCC managing director, Dr Samuel Ogbuku said they are always committed to develop the region through economic empowerment programme.
He said they flow program that always benefit the people.
