Customer Service Week: NCDMB Visits Bayelsa Monarch

As part of the activities to celebrate Day 3 of the NCDMB Customer Service Week, the Executive Secretary, NCDMB, Engr Simbi Kesiye Wabote (FNSE) yesterday led top management of the Board on a Courtesy Visit to the Palace Annex of the Ibenanaowei of Bomo Clan, HRM King W.S. Joshua Igbugburu X CON, JP.
The NCDMB team to the Palace was received by the Ibenanaowei accompanied by HRH, Kieri Ben-Smith Idomo, Paramount Ruler of Ogele-Ama, HRH Kenneth Ingo Opukeme Opu VII, Amananaowei of Opuama Kingdom, HRH Oki Francis, Paramount Ruler of Okiama Community.
Others are HRH Dr Okoko Stample Paramount Fierebagha Ama, Spokesman of the Bomo Traditional Rulers Council, HRH Job Darius David Etele VI, Amananaowei of Eneware Community, Sec Bomo and HRH Tony Zalakoro, Amananaowei of Ikianbiri Community, Chairman Bomo Council of Chiefs.
The NCDMB delegation on the other hand had Mr Patrick Obah, Director Planning, Research and Statistics, Mr Isaac Yalah, Director Finance and Personnel Management, Engr Abayomi Bamidele, ES-STA/ General Manager, Strategy and Transformational Projects, Mr Naboth Onyesoh, Head Directorate of Legal Services, (DLS), Mr Victor Amabebe, ES-SA, Peter Isu, Deputy Manager HSC, John Barigha, Supervisor/TA-ES Office.
The revered Monarch who has reigned for 62 years thanked the Executive Secretary and his team for the visit and commended the Board for its many giant strides in the promotion of Nigerian Content in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.

In his words: ” you and your Board will be ever remembered and posterity will be kind to you. For the above reasons, you deserve my blessings and a Chieftaincy title anytime you are ready.

Congratulations.
King Igbugburu went on to give the E.S his royal blessings and asked him to consider the Palace his second home that he could visit anytime.
On his part, responding on behalf of the NCDMB delegation, Engr Wabote thanked the 85 years old monarch for his hospitality and commended him for his simplicity and jovial nature which the E.S attributed for his longevity.
The E.S noted that the visit is part of the activities for the Board’s Customer service week, as the king and his domains are customers of the Board.
