Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown expresses appreciation to voters

The House of Assembly member-elect for Sagbama Constituency 3 Bayelsa State in the 18th March, 2023, governorship and House of Assembly electons Mrs. Ebizi Ndiomu- Brown has expressed appreciation to her Constituents for their support, adding that they would not be disappointed for voting massively for her.

She spoke to journalists shortly after being declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)..

The elated Ndiomu Brown said that she would ensure that she sponsors bills and motions that will impact positively on the peopl of the Constituency, adding that she will work closely with the executive arm of the government to draw people oriented projects to her Constituency.

On the issue of fewer women being elected , she said she would use legislations to advocate for more women to be in politics and ensure that they are carried along in the scheme of things.

Mrs Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown noted further that the voting processes were simless with Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) and urged the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to be alive to its responsibilities by ensuring that it keeps to the relevant provisions of the electoral act.

Niger Delta Herald reports that Mrs. Ebizi Brown won the election with over 6000 votes to defeat her opponents in the election.
