The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority (NDBDA), Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, has extended warm greetings to Muslims across the Niger Delta region and Nigeria on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

In a statement issued on behalf of the Board, Management, and Staff of the Authority, Amgbare described the celebration as a moment of deep reflection, sacrifice, and unity. He noted that the sacred festival of Eid al-Adha reminds all faithful of the values of obedience to God, compassion for humanity, and generosity.

“As we celebrate this season of love and selflessness, let us remember to reach out to the less privileged, share our blessings, and uphold the spirit of peaceful coexistence that defines our great nation,” he said.

Prince Amgbare reaffirmed the commitment of the NDBDA to sustainable development and empowerment in the Niger Delta. He stressed that under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Authority is focused on boosting food security, employment, infrastructure, and inclusive growth—ideals that align with the essence of Eid.

He prayed that the celebration would bring peace to communities, prosperity to the land, and renewed strength to all working for the progress of the region and the country.

“Once again, I wish all Muslim faithful a peaceful and blessed Eid celebration. Eid Mubarak!” Amgbare concluded.
