A former Governor of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria ( PMAN) in BayelsaState Ptince Pères Ogbogbo has called on youths in Niger Delta to be mindful of mischief makers who want to use them to cause mayhem under the guise of protest.

Prince Ogbogbo who spoke to our corresspondent, noted that the Bola Tinubu led government should be given time to implement initiaed policies and programmes aimed at bettering the lot of the people..

According to Prince Ogbogbo protest will only aggravate the hardship the people are facing, adding that the protest maybe hijacked by hoodlums who would cash in on the protest to unleash terror on the hapless people.

The entertainment guru, is of the view that the hardship cut across all facet of the economy including the entertainment industry noting that protest is not the solution to myriads of problems facing the nation .

He commended the Bayelsa State Governor Senator Douye Diri and his Delta Delta State counterpart Hon Sherriff Oborevwori for maintaining peace and security in thier states.

He also commended entertainers stakeholders and youths in the Niger Delta for shelving the protest in the interest of peace and the nation.

Prince Ogbogbo castigated the orgarnisers saying that some of their demands are extraneous and cannot be net in four years.

Prince Peres Ogbogbo the immediate past PMAN Governor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Creek Lion Entertainment and Record Label, further admonished the Federal Government to initiate programmes to encourage youths to take interest in entertainment, as a way of discouraging them from social vices.
