Port Harcourt – Holley Metering Nigeria Limited has announced the recommencement of prepaid meter sales to electricity consumers across Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River states.
The company, licensed by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) as a Meter Asset Provider (MAP), said the move is part of efforts to bridge Nigeria’s metering gap and curb estimated billing.
Holley Metering, a subsidiary of the global Holley Metering group, maintains a long-standing partnership with the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED), under which it provides, deploys, and installs prepaid meters within the franchise area.
According to the management, the meters offer customers the advantage of monitoring and controlling electricity usage, avoiding arbitrary billing, and reducing the risk of unwarranted disconnections.
The company disclosed that a single-phase meter costs ₦129,454.30 while a three-phase meter goes for ₦216,206.47, both VAT inclusive. Installation is expected within 10 working days of payment into the firm’s dedicated account.
Customers can make purchases or inquiries at Holley Metering’s office at No. 8 Liberty Drive, off Alcon Road, Woji, Port Harcourt, or at any PHED office. The company also provided customer service lines: 08166961067 and 08030546932.
