The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil ) Senator Heineken Lokpobiri today joined Rt. Hon. Fini Angaye and the entire family of Angaye in Sagbageria Community of Kololuma-Opokuma Local Government Area in Bayelsa State, as they bid farewell to their beloved mother, Late Mrs. Degeneni Tera Angaye, who died some months ago.
The Minister who was accompanied by some big wigs of the All Progressives Congress (APC ) and other top government functionaries urged the family to take solace in the fact that the late mother of the former Speaker of the state House of Assembly lived a fulfilled and impactful life.
According a statement he personally said and circulated to newsmen he said “I joined Rt. Hon. Fini Angaye and the entire family of Angaye in Sagbageria Community of Kololuma-Opokuma LGA in Bayelsa State, as they bid farewell to their beloved mother, Late Mrs. Degeneni Tera Angaye, who has gone to be with the Lord.
“Losing a loved one is never easy, and I can only imagine the deep sense of loss they must feel. However, in this moment of grief, I urged them to take solace in the fact that Mama lived a fulfilled and impactful life. I pray that her soul finds eternal rest with the Lord and that He grants the entire family the strength to bear this irreparable loss”.
