The Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Communication, Science and Technology Hon Engr Munalayefa Edwin Gibson,the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Epoweido Otrofanowei, Directors and Staff of the Ministry have felicitated with the governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Sen.
