As part of activities for the groundbreaking of the Oloibiri Museum and Research Centre (OMRC), the honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Marlin Sylva accompanied by the Executive Secretary, Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote and top management of the Board as well as H.E Ambassador Philip Ikurusi, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Argentina with concurrent accreditation to Peru, Chile and Uruguay, Sen B.W. Degi, Senator representing Bayelsa East and Israel Sunny-Goli, the member representing Brass-Nembe Federal Constituency, amongst others, paid a courtesy call on His Eminence, King Dumaro Charles Owaba, Obanobhan III of Ogbia.
