The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (#NCDMB) began another phase of its Capacity Building Workshop for Women in Oil and Gas in Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote, Executive Secretary, NCDMB, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the management of Oil Quest International Ltd for providing automatic employment to three of the five Trainees who recently completed a 12-month human capital development (HCD) training.
Dr. Ama Ikuru, General Manager, Capacity Building Division, NCDMB, thanked the management of NAOC for providing an enabling environment for this Human Capacity Development (HCD) training.
This demonstrates that the capacity development trainings provided by HCD programs frequently result in the employment of trainees who perform exceptionally well and above expectations. He concluded that the HCD trainings fulfill the Board’s 10-year Strategic Roadmap.
Mr. Ovei Kwaku Agyekum, a facilitator with the Empretec Nigeria Foundation in collaboration with the NCDMB Capacity Building Division, also interacted with participants at the Entrepreneurship workshop for Women in Oil and Gas.
