The purpose of the NCDMB Service Charter is to describe what the NCDMB does, how it operates and how it intends to provide effective service to Nigerian Citizens and stakeholders in the Oil and Gas Industry in line with its statutory mandate and in fulfillment of the Federal Government’s desire foe improved service delivery through the various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) of government.
The document contains a detailed description of the services rendered by the Board, definition of our Customers/Stakeholders; our obligations to our Stakeholders, our expectations from our Stakeholders, in other words the obligation of our customers/Stakeholders to the Board; our Monitoring and Performance Reporting mechanism; the NCDMB Complaints escalation framework, among others.
