According to him, the said publication which was originated by a political opponent of Hon Mutu Collins Eselemo, who contested against him in 2019.
He said though Hon Mutu has reacted to the publication by instructing his lawyers to reply Dennis Sami and his co travellers, it was expidient to caution them to desist from such blasphemy and blue lies against a performing lawmaker..
Prince Ogbogbo further noted that the action of the publisher amounts to blackmail with the intention to extort the lawmaker with his incessant messages and calls .
“The records are there in public domain for all to scrutinise, Hon. Nicholas Mutu is a ranking member of the Federal House of Representatives and will not condescend to forging certificates for pecuniary gains.
“We are calling on the appropriate law enforcement agencies to investigate Dennis Sami and his accomplices in this matter because if not checked, such criminal actions will continue,” he added.
