As part of efforts in ensuring that contractors handling Bayelsa State Government projects execute their contact jobs in line with the terms of their contractual agreements, the Chairman of the Directorate for Project Monitoring and Evaluation Board, Hon. Engr. Ebiye Tarabina, and Directors visited the ongoing Nembe/Brass road project to ascertain the level of work done on the sand filling of the road.
The Chairman reiterated that the Governor has high interest in the project and urged the contractor to speed up the sand filling process. Engr. Tarabina urged the contractors to expedite action to record more milestones in the coming days, and expressed satisfaction with level so far attained.
He was accompanied by the Secretary of the board Engr. Sampson Igodo, members of the board, engineers among others.
