Leader of Nembe Go 4 Diri Political Family in Bayelsa state, Dr. Iti Orugbani has reaffirmed his commitment to the Prosperity Government of Senator Douye Diri and Deputy Lawrence Ewrujakpor.
Dr. Orugbani who is the immediate past Commissioner of Tourism in Bayelsa, stated this when he hosted a meeting with his constituents at his Yenagoa residence on Monday.
Dr. Orugbani who expressed gratitude to God over the recent Supreme Court judgment, affirming Governor Diri victory in the November 11, 2023 gubernatorial election, urged opposition parties to collaborate with the Prosperity Government for the benefit of Nembe Constituency three and Bayelsa State at large.
The political Icon in Nembe Constituency three, also emphasized his group’s dedication to the present administration and pledged to work closely with the government for the state’s continued development and prosperity. Sound 1
He called for unity among chiefs, opinion leaders, youths, and members of opposition parties in Opu-Nembe, stressing that their support is crucial for community growth and progress. Sound 2
On his part, the Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Area, Hon. David Alagoa noted that the Supreme Court judgment has resolved various litigations against the governor and his deputy. Sound 3
