The Bayelsa State House of Assembly has screened and confirmed the chairman and members of the board of the Bayelsa State Electricity Regulatory Agency.
Honourable Austin Adigio was confirmed as Chairman of the Board, while Dressman Roseline Amanda was cleared as Director-General of the Agency and Secretary to the Board
Other members confirmed include Engineer Digitemie Innocent Eteli, Engineer Lokiri Lawrence, Barrister Amaowei Dagana, Barrister Terimoh Yinkore, Omolara Preye Timi Ajayi, and Engineer Omoro Ogei.
Earlier in the plenary, lawmakers observed a minute of silence in honour of the late Bayelsa State Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, who passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
