Fmr PDP Ward Chairmen Forum appreciate SWC, others over commissioning of Secretariat in Bayelsa

A political pressure group under the auspices of Former PDP Ward Chairmen Forum in Bayelsa state has expressed appreciation to friends, well-wishers, the press and members of the State Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for their roles towards the successful commissioning of the Forum’s State Secretariat.

The group said the commissioning of the state Secretariat which is situated opposite Tonimas Filling Station, Edepie in Yenagoa, was made possible by the  State Secretary of the PDP, Hon. Gesiye Isowo whom it described as a proactive leader.

The Forum also expressed appreciation to other personalities of the PDP for their moral and financial support to the Forum that led to the success of the event.

The personalities include: Hon. Collins Cocodia, Special Adviser 1 on Political Matters to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, HON. (Dr.) Felix Omemu,  South-South Zonal Secretary, PDP and Hon. (Dr.) Peter Akpe, Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House.

Others are: Hon. Fred Agbedi,  Member, Representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Thompson Amule, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Chief Fred Imbiakpa.

A statement signed by chairman of the Forum, Hon Okogba Peter and the Publicity Secretary, Hon. Okumbiri Timipre said “the FORUM, also use this medium to commend the Commissioner for Works & Infrastructure, ESV. Moses Teibowei for his developmental prowess especially on the current pace at which he pays unscheduled visits to project sites to inspect and evaluate quality of work done across the state.

“The Forum sincerely hope and pray that God in his infinite mercy will continue to guard and guide everyone as we continue in our services to the Party and the State.”
