Directorate of Project Monitoring Felicitates Gov Diri on Sixth Anniversary
The Chairman of the Directorate of Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Engr. Ebiye Tarabina, alongside the Secretary, Engr. Sampson Igodo, Board Members, Heads of Departments, and staff of the Directorate, has congratulated Douye Diri on the occasion of his sixth anniversary in office.
In an anniversary message, the Directorate commended the governor for what it described as sterling and laudable achievements recorded under the Prosperity Administration over the past six years.
According to the statement, the numerous completed projects and significant infrastructural developments executed by the administration have enhanced internal connectivity across the state and positioned Bayelsa prominently on the national development map.
The Directorate noted that the milestones were made possible through the prudent and judicious application of state resources in addressing the aspirations of the people.
It added that the administration’s giant strides in infrastructure, development, and economic advancement have laid a solid foundation for a prosperous and sustainable future for the state.
The agency particularly appreciated the governor’s continued support and empowerment of the Directorate in supervising state projects to ensure strict compliance with contractual specifications and standards.
While wishing the governor well as he marks six years in office, the Directorate prayed for good health, wisdom, strength, and peace for him to continue steering the affairs of the state to greater heights.
