Project Inspection: Tarabina Commends Contractors on Bayelsa Road Projects
The Chairman of the Directorate for Project Monitoring and Evaluation in Bayelsa State, Hon. (Engr.) Ebiye Tarabina, has commended contractors handling various government projects across the state for the pace of work and milestones achieved so far.
Engr. Tarabina gave the commendation on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, during an inspection tour of the ongoing Ekeremor–Agge Road (Phase II).
Speaking during the visit, he noted that the Prosperity Administration remains firmly committed to the infrastructural development of Bayelsa State, emphasizing that ongoing projects are critical to improving connectivity and boosting economic activities.
He, however, urged contractors to intensify efforts to ensure the timely completion of the projects in the overall interest of the people of the state.
Responding, the site supervisor, Engr. Sampson Ayo, assured that the project would be delivered on schedule.
Other projects inspected during the tour include the Agbere–Osekwenike–Seafor–Aboitor Road and the Asamabiri Road.
Engr. Tarabina was accompanied on the inspection by the Secretary of the Directorate, Engr. Sampson Igodo, board members, and other engineers.
