Under Women Empowerment, he promised to promote economic inclusion through grants, training, and support for women-led businesses and cooperatives.

In the Education sector, the agenda includes scholarships, provision of educational materials, improved learning facilities, and advocacy for better educational policies.

On Healthcare, Saboh said he will facilitate improved primary healthcare services, medical outreach programmes, and access to essential healthcare.

For Infrastructure, he’s committed to attracting and facilitating the construction and rehabilitation of roads, bridges, schools, healthcare facilities, water projects, and rural electrification across the constituency.

The candidate also listed Agriculture and Blue Economy as a priority, with plans to support farmers, fishermen, and local entrepreneurs with modern tools, training, financing opportunities, and access to markets.

Under Security and Community Development, he promised to partner with relevant agencies and community stakeholders to promote peace and sustainable development.

Saboh further pledged Transparency and Accountability, saying he will remain accessible and committed to regular engagement with constituents on the progress of his representation.

“Together, we can build a constituency where every community is heard, every youth has hope, every woman is empowered, and every family has the opportunity to thrive,” he said.
