Christians have been advised to recognize God as the ultimate source of productivity and success in life without compromise.
The advice was given by renowned cleric and General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church, Pastor John Archibong, during the church’s end-of-the-month special service held at the church auditorium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
In his sermon, Pastor Archibong quoted from Hebrews 11:6, which states that no one can please God without faith, emphasizing that anyone who comes to God must believe that He exists and rewards those who diligently seek Him.
According to the cleric, individuals who fail to recognize, commit themselves to, and dedicate their lives to the service of God may find it difficult to attain lasting success in life.
He explained that acknowledging God as the Creator is essential for meaningful progress and productivity, stressing that faith and obedience to God remain key ingredients for divine upliftment.
Pastor Archibong further noted that even in difficult situations where human efforts fail and hope appears lost, God is capable of changing circumstances and opening doors beyond human understanding.
“God can break protocols and connect individuals to opportunities within a short time, especially for those who genuinely recognize and serve Him,” he said.
The preacher also stressed the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with God, adding that understanding and obeying God’s word would enable believers to enjoy the blessings of life.
Citing Isaiah 1:18, he explained that God is always willing to forgive and cleanse those who turn to Him sincerely. He further quoted the scripture which says that those who obey God shall “eat the good of the land,” while disobedience leads to destruction.
Pastor Archibong encouraged Christians to remain hopeful and steadfast in God regardless of their circumstances, assuring them that God never fails those who trust in Him and do the right thing.
He also urged believers to study Psalm 127:1 and other relevant scriptures to deepen their understanding of God’s role in human productivity and success.
The cleric concluded by advising Christians never to doubt God’s power and miracles, reminding them that true productivity and fulfillment come only through God.
