The Executive Secretary, NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe ably represented by the Director, Corporate Services, NCDMB, Dr Ama Ikuru, accompanied by other Board members of staff are currently attending the Inauguration of the NCDMB Learning facility and Digital Library built in Niger Delta University, Amassoma, Bayelsa State. The facility was sponsored by NNPC and SHELL with co-venture partners including ExxonMobil, Total Energies and ENINaoc.
